Complaints Procedure

We are committed to ensuring all guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. If you experience any issues or have concerns during your visit, we kindly ask that you notify a member of staff or management immediately during your stay. This allows us the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Any complaints must be raised while you are still on the premises. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or consider complaints made after departure, as this limits our ability to review the issue accurately and take appropriate action.

Pet Policy

By staying with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
We welcome well-behaved and fully house-trained dogs in our lodges. However, we would like to draw your attention to our dog policy.

We kindly request that pets MUST NOT be left unsupervised in lodges at ANY TIME.

Any damage to the lodge will be charged accordingly. Dogs found to have urinated on carpets or furniture will incur a deep cleaning charge of £60 plus any other additional damage.

We kindly request that all dog mess is cleaned up around the grounds immediately and disposed of appropriately.

We also request that all dogs be under full control when around the grounds at all times. Recently, guest dogs have run up to other guests, barking and making a nuisance of themselves. Therefore, if your dog is this way inclined, then please ensure that they are kept on leads AT ALL TIMES around the park and muzzled where appropriate. Unfortunately, if we get complaints from other guests about dogs running around loose or barking excessively, we will need to ask you to vacate the property.

Please ensure that dogs are not up on the beds or furniture. If your dog is known to be a furniture jumper, please ensure you bring blankets to lie on.
We thank you for your help with this matter.

Hot Tub Policy

Please ensure hot tub guidelines are read and understood prior to the stay and confirmation of this is sent by return message. Failure to acknowledge the guidelines prior to the stay will result in the hot tub not being available during your stay.

We thank you in advance for your help with this matter.

As the chemicals must be kept within desired ranges in line with HSE guidelines please be aware that this can react with some soon wear and cause colour and elasticity changes. Although this has only happened once, please be aware of the risk. Please be aware of any skin sensitivity to chemicals, this is especially pertinent after sunny weather when UV rays are high, which can cause your skin to be extra sensitive. Please shower immediately and contact us if you experience any reaction.

Please be aware that the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled between each guest and tested monthly for bacteria and every three months for Legionella, which is in line with HSE guidelines. Hot tubs are also tested daily as per HSE requirements. We use a hot flush solution between guests to ensure everything is as clean and sanitised as possible. As this solution works within the internal pipes of the hot tub there may be times it brings out scum/debris that has been sitting within the internal pipework in between checks which is outwith our control and occurs when the hot tub goes through its commercial cleaning cycles. If this happens during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can rectify it.
